Using TruthWise
TruthWise has five tools: Polish It, TruthCheck, Hard Talk, Feelings and Practice, plus Journal Mode. Pick the one you need, bring the situation in your own words, and review every suggestion before you decide. Read how it helps for the details.
Membership and billing
TruthWise is $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, with a 3-day free trial. Billing is handled by Apple or Google Play. To cancel, use your App Store subscriptions (iPhone) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). See Membership.
Privacy and your data
You control what you save and delete. Read the Privacy Policy. To delete your account, follow these steps.
Safety resources
TruthWise is not for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (U.S.). For mental-health crisis support, call or text 988. See Safe space.

Email support@mytruthwise.com. Include the device you use and a short description of the issue. Please do not send private conversations or another person's identifying information.
